Cam & Trip Bar are CNC machined and made of D2 steel with a DLC coating for superior durability

There are two trip bar types: the standard trip bar which is 2.5mm thick, as well as the thin trip bar, which is 1.5mm thick.
Please ensure that the AK is running well and everything cycles smoothly before live firing the 1.5mm trip, as they are very thin and can round over on the interface surface when things are not set up correctly.
Thin trip bars are too thin to be heat treated and are only surface hardened. Please make sure your bolt fits properly and doesn't have any sharp or ramped edges to damage or ride over the front hook area of the trip bar. Thin trip bars are to be considered wear items.
A NEW TRIP BAR ALTERNATIVE IS BEING WORKED ON TO REPLACE THE THIN TRIP BARS. THAT OPTION IS TEMPORARILY OUT OF STOCK.
Known compatible models are listed below (due to variations in AKs, even between the same models, the ones listed below may still need some fitting. Because of this, they are not "drop in"):
- Palmetto GF Series
- WASR-10
- Arsenal
- Zastava - Thin (1.5mm) trip recommended, or you will need to thin out a thick trip bar
- RPK - Thin (1.5mm) trip recommended, or you will need to thin out a thick trip bar
Dracos require extensive cam/fitting work and are
not recommended unless you're a competent gunsmith. Even then, it will be entirely at your own risk.
Note: Most imports can work but require some additional fitting. If your AK model isn't listed, it can likely be modified to work, depending on your technical expertise.
Pistol Caliber AKs and any short stroke AKs are not currently supported without heavy modification at your own risk.
It is highly recommended that a competent gunsmith install this.
