Description

The hole for the pin to go through is a little tight. You might need to ream the hole slightly - a standard 1/16" drill bit should be fine for this. Or just file any burrs off the area around the hole. Discounted to reflect this.

Metal FRT for the Taurus TX 22, made from 304 stainless steel.

Some people may say this part is small, but I think it is perfectly average. This version differs from the popular Big Brrrt design because the top edge is rounded and will wear parts much more slowly.

Disclaimer: Metal can wear the factory striker insert. This design is intended to greatly reduce that wear, though. There is a 3D printable replacement available to prevent wear on the factory part called the sounding rod. Taurus does have a warranty if you want to just send it. (I'm not a lawyer). I recommend printing your own in your choice of engineering filament if possible. Or buy a replacement (we offer it) if you start to notice wear on your factory parts.
